Privacy Protection

By registering for the Twigly Wine Tasting event, the customer agrees to comply with all terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, fair, and safe experience for all participants.

All bookings are considered confirmed only after successful payment. Any registration without completed payment will not be reserved or guaranteed.

Each participant must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including name, email address, and phone number. Twigly reserves the right to cancel or reject bookings that contain incorrect or misleading information.

Each booking is valid only for the selected session and cannot be transferred to another session without prior approval from the organizer.

Each session is time-bound and operates within a strict schedule. Participants are advised to arrive at least 5–10 minutes before their session start time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or denial of entry, depending on operational constraints.

Attendance is managed session-wise, and participants will only be allowed to check in for their assigned session.

If a participant fails to attend their booked session, it will be considered a no-show, and no compensation or rescheduling will be provided.
